Creating Images from Volumes

To create multiple VMs with the same boot volume, you can create a template from an existing boot volume and deploy VMs from it.

 Creating Template from Boot Volume

1. Navigate to the CloudPe Region Advanced Dashboard.
   
2. In the dashboard, go to the “Compute” section and open the “Volumes” screen.
   
3. Identify and select the boot volume from which you want to create an Image. click the three dots to open the actions menu.
   
4. In the Create image window, enter an image name and then click Create.
   
   

The new image will appear on the Images screen.

Also you can create a volume from the Images. For more details about creating volumes from Images, Click here.

You can download the Image on your local machine.

Also, You can delete the Image by clicking on Delete.
